Southwark Diocese was formed in 1905 and it now covers 317 sq miles and just under two and half million people live within its borders.
Together the clergy and people of the parishes and those who work in the Diocesan and Area Offices work to try to bring God’s healing love to the people of the Diocese.
Christian Aid is a Christian organisation that insists the world can and must be swiftly changed to one where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty.
We work globally for profound change that eradicates the causes of poverty, striving to achieve equality, dignity and freedom for all, regardless of faith or nationality. We are part of a wider movement for social justice.
The Centre is a community centre, physically attached to the Church and to the building which is now the Café Orange. It is owned by the Church. It is open to be used by any groups or individuals who are willing to abide by the Centre Management Committee's Equal Opportunities, Child Protection and Health and Safety policies.
Anglicans in World Mission work in direct partnership with Anglican Churches in over 50 countries, helping to support vital church work, including healthcare, education, leadership training and action for social justice.
The Church first opened for Sunday Mass on 5th November 1905. The Original site was a blacksmith's forge in Hollydale Road. The blacksmith lived in the adjoining house, which for the first few years was the presbytery. This house was demolished when the church was extended in 1973.
The Worshipful Company of Haberdashers has its origins in medieval times. Throughout six and a half centuries it has moved away from its historical involvement in the trade of haberdashery and developed into a significant supporter of schools and education in England and Wales

Edmund Waller is a community primary school for boys and girls. There are currently

The Federation consists of 3 sister Academies, Haberdashers' Aske's Hatcham College, Haberdashers' Aske's Knights Academy and Haberdashers’ Aske’s Crayford Academy. All are now Haberdasher schools with a single Vision and Ethos.
We are a small school in Brockley, situated in the north of Lewisham near to the green spaces of Telegraph Hill and Hilly Fields, and the beautiful Victorian cemetery at Nunhead. At John Stainer, we teach everyone to value our rich and diverse community, and to respect and understand different lifestyles, cultures, abilities and backgrounds.
Meadowgate is a special needs primary school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties, complex needs and autistic spectrum disorders. It is a mixed day school for pupils between the ages of 4 and 11 years. The school is currently funded for a roll of 70 pupils.
